BIOGRAPHY
Hamid Hekmatian works are focused on representing deep learning algorithms as an art form. Inspired by the recent revolution of artificial neural networks, his work deploy them either as an art tool or the art itself. Patterns extracted by neural networks are the heart of his artworks usually represented with vivid colors which are the main characteristic of his artworks. He is heavily influenced by his hometown Tehran, Iranian culture, and his background as an artificial intelligence engineer. Currently, he works as a deep learning engineer in San Francisco.
