BIO

After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, Sara worked from 2006 to 2008 in the studio of the artist Alfredo Pirri. In 2007 she was selected for a workshop in Umbria directed by the Japanese artist Hidetoshi Nagasawa to create a site-specific project in the Art Park in Cancelli (Foligno). The same year, she won the Muvin'up competition for the promotion of young Italian artists abroad, sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism and Cultural Activities. 

Sara participated in numerous projects abroad including ‘Emty city / mutant place’ in 2008 (Beijing) curated by Filippo Salviati and ‘Signe et corps’ in 2010 (Rabat) with the Karim Bennani Foundation and the Embassy of Morocco. 

Sara has participated in numerous group exhibitions including in the last two years in Genoa, Biennial of Contemporary Art, in Rome, in the Galleria Interno 14 (curated by Giorgio De Finis) and in Biella for the Fondazione Pistoletto-City of Art (collective work “Insieme for the MAAM ", edited by Giorgio De Finis).
