Asher created and developed the 1st and 2nd Media Lounge for Art Miami 2008 and 2009 as a way to give a more contemporary face to the fair.
He co-produced Shanghai Kulture Project. In association with Swiss based Littman Kulture Projects, He also created a public art project in the streets and public parks of Shanghai for the launching of the first ShangArt art fair and Shanghai Biennial. 2008.
Asher also created the Remy Toledo Gallery in New York specializing in conceptual and feminist art 2003-06 and co-founded the first media technology art gallery and incubator in China- Yuanfen gallery in the 798 district of Beijing.
