deCODE Experiential and Hervisions have teamed up to share a femme focused digital art installation called FASCIA BLUES featuring new media artists Clara Bacou, Crosslucid, Ines Alpha, Maya Man, Nicole Ruggiero, Rory Scott, Shyama Golden and Wednesday Kimm.
FASCIA BLUES will be on show during Art Basel at CADAF Miami - Contemporary and Digital Art Fair, to be held 5-8 December, 2019 at Mana Wynwood. The installation will be projected in the main installation room on two 32.5ft walls and a small selection of digital artwork will be available for purchase via the CADAF.art online marketplace.
Co-curated by Jess Conatser & Zaiba Jabbar, FASCIA BLUES is a commentary on connection in our digital realities as a means to facilitate new methods of representation and communication. We observe a mutated shift and mesh in the axis between the physical and digital realms and the means through which we strive for connection.
*Co-created and curated by studio As We Are, deCODE Experiential is a new media art x tech focused program on a mission to create more space for digital art to exist IRL.
*Hervisions is a femme focused multi-disciplinary IRL and URL platform, facilitating, celebrating and representing artists working with digital media.
